- Non-owner Occupied 1-4 unit Residential Properties, Condos, Townhomes, Multi Family Properties (5+ Units) and Mixed-Use Properties
- Up to 90% of the Purchase Price and 100% of the Renovation Costs (Not to exceed 75% of the ARV)
- 12 Month Term with an Interest Only Payment
RENTAL HOME LOANS
Wiser Lending offers many options for investors needing financing for long term rental properties. We offer conventional investment property loans that meet Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac guidelines and we offer portfolio investment loans that don’t require income documents to qualify. Depending on your situation we can offer the best loan to fit.

- Up to 80% Loan to Value Purchase and up to 75% Loan to Value Cash out
